Refund and Returns Policy

* We put in a lot of time and into picking your products, We ensure that it is packed safely with No Damages your, Because your satisfaction is very important to us!

* Any item that may have been damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly will be replaced only after we receive faulty product back to us, expense on delivering to us will be your responsibility. But If you send us an unboxing video!  (within 24 hrs of delivery of product) and photos of products and bills, We will consider exempt you from returning product and give refund or send new same product to you.

* No Refund for fixable issues. Anyways we will ensure to send you only the best products from our end.

* Damage is considered only if the product is broken with Unboxing video from the beginning to end of your Unpacking.

* To get your refund in case of damage, All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.

* We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and We will ship for getting a new one in exchange.

* Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our Accessories!

* UpTrendMart does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable photos/pdf products
  • Personal care items used

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item purchased from us and that has been opened and used.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with necessary details

To return your product, you should mail your product to physical address that will be send to you on return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently UPI Payments only will be accepted and UPI for refunds if any.

Once you are in the payment gateway page, kindly ensure to process the payment within 5 mins. The items will not return to stock rather it will be in your cart.

When will my order ship? (or) To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order to your designated shipping address. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 6 pm IST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 6 pm IST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Do you ship packages internationally?

Depends. Mostly for now we are focused on the domestic market.

Where are your packages shipped from?

From our inventory which is located in Mumbai.

What does “In-transit” mean for Post tracking?

Something you may want to cover for your customers is that “In-transit” means that you have dispatched the goods to your postal office, and that they are traveling to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.
